Değerli öğrencilerimiz,

Erasmus+ (KA131) programı kapsamında, 2024-2025 akademik yılı Güz Dönemi için yurt dışında öğrenim görmek ve/veya staj hareketliğinden faydalanmak üzere üzere öğrenciler seçilecektir.

Başvurular 26.04.2024 Cuma günü K.Makedonya C. yerel saati ile saat 16:00’e kadar aşağıda belirtilen başvuru belgeleri ile birlikte Erasmus Ofisi'ne - [email protected] adresine gönderilecektir. Başvurunun ardından 29.04.2024 Pazartesi günü saat 14:30 da başlamak üzere Erasmus+ İngilizce Dil Sınavı gerçekleşecektir. Başvuruda bulunan öğrencilerin sınava girmesi zorunludur. Erasmus Sözleşmesi ve diğer formların tamamlanma sürecinin gerçekleştirilmesi için Erasmus öğrenci adayı Erasmus+ ofisinde bizzat iştirak etmesi gerekmektedir.

Erasmus+ ÖĞRENİM HAREKETLİLİĞİ VE STAJ HAREKETLİLİĞİ

Genel Başvuru Koşulları ;

1- UVÜ'de kayıtlı tam zamanlı öğrenci olmak. Öğrenci belgesi teslim edilecektir.

2- Öğrencinin hangi Hareketliliğe ‘ÖĞRENİM HAREKETLİLİĞİ VEYA STAJ HAREKETLİLİĞİ’ne başvurduğu özellikle belirtmelidir.

3- Lisans düzeyindeki UZAKTAN eğitim gören öğrenciler başvuru yapamayacaktır.

4- Lisans için en az 7.00 / Yüksek Lisans ve Doktora için en az 8.00ortalamaya sahip olan öğrenciler başvuru yapabileceklerdir.

5- İngilizce derslerinin herhangi birini alttan almadan, hepsini başarılı bir şekilde geçmiş olmalıdırlar.

Önemli! Erasmus+ Başvuru Belgeleri

1. Ekteki Aday Öğrenci Erasmus+ Başvuru formu ve CV (Özgecmişi) doldurulacaktır.

2. Güncel Transkript (Öğrenci İşleri'nden alınan alttan derslerin de gösterildiği Onaylı ve Islak İmzalı).

3. Başvuruda bulunacak öğrencilerin toplamda en az 3 referans mektubu (Biri Bölüm Dekanı tarafından – İkisi ise Bölüm Hocaları tarafından) alıp teslim etmelidir.

4. Niyet Mektubu (Letter of Motivation).

5. Öğrencilerin herhangi bir disiplin cezaları olmamalıdır. Disiplin cezası olan öğrencilerin başvuruları değerlendirilmeyecektir.

6. Engelli Belgesi (Varsa).

7. Şehit ve Gazi Çocukları için Kanıtlayıcı Belge (Varsa /T.C. vatandaşları için).

Erasmus+ Öğrenim ve Erasmus Staj Hareketliliği Başvuru Koşulları, Hibe ve Kontenjanlar

i. Erasmus+ Öğrenim Hareketliliği için öğrencinin seçilmesi halinde, Erasmus+ Öğrenim Hareketliliği'nden faydalanacağı dönem itibariyle mezun olmak için üzerinde en az 30 ECTS (AKTS)'lik ders yükünün olması beklenmektedir.

ii. Erasmus+ Öğrenci Öğrenim Hareketliliği, Uluslarası Vizyon Üniversitesi'nin var olan kurumlararası anlaşmaları çerçevesinde gerçekleştirilir. Öğrencilerin; ülke ve üniversite tercihi yaparken, birim veya bölümün ikili anlaşması olan yükseköğretim kurumları arasından tercih yapmaları gerekmektedir. Sağlıklı tercih yapabilmek adına öğrencilerin, başvuru dönemi sona ermeden bölümlerine tanımlı anlaşmalar için gidecekleri dönemin ya da dönemlerin ders uyumunu araştırıp ona göre tercih yapmaları gerekmektedir.

iii. Erasmus+ Öğrenim Hareketliliği ve Staj Hareketliliği için başvuruda bulanacak adaylar asgarî süre 2 tam ay ve azamî süre ise 12 tam aydır.

iv. Seçilen öğrencilere, öğrenim görmeye hak kazanacakları ülkelere göre belirlenen hibe miktarlarınca aylık maddi destek sağlanacaktır.

v. Aynı bölümden iki öğrencinin aynı düzeyde başarı göstermesi ve bölümün kurumlararası anlaşmalar bakımından kontenjan kısıtı olması halinde öncelik, sınıfı büyük olan öğrenciye tanınır. Aynı sınıfta olmaları halinde ise yaşı küçük olana öncelik verilir.

Daha önce yararlanma (hibeli veya hibesiz) - Aynı öğrenim kademesi içerisinde (öğrenim-staj ayrımı olmadan) tekrar başvurması halinde uygulanır.	-10 puan
Vatandaşı olunan ülkede hareketliliğe katılma	-10 puan
Hareketliliğe seçilen öğrenciler için: Yükseköğretim kurumu tarafından hareketlilikle ilgili olarak düzenlenen toplantılara/eğitimlere mazeretsiz katılmama(öğrencinin Erasmus'a tekrar başvurması halinde uygulanır)	-5 puan

Yabancı dil sınavı taban puanı50'dir.

APPLICATIONS FOR ERASMUS+ STUDENT AND INTERNSHIP MOBILITY

FOR 2023-2024 ACADEMIC YEAR HAS STARTED

APPLICATIONS FOR ERASMUS+ STUDENT FOR STUDY AND INTERNSHIP MOBILITY

Dear students,

Within the scope of Erasmus+ (KA131) program, students will be selected to study abroad in 2024-2025.

Applications need to be sent to the Erasmus Office – to the following address: [email protected] with the application documents stated below, until Thursday, 26.04.2024, at 4:00 p.m. according to the N.Macedonian Local time. After the application, Language Exam will be held on Monday 29.04.2024 at 14:30. In order to fill out the Erasmus Agreement and other forms, the Erasmus student candidate must come and participate at the Erasmus office.

Erasmus+ General Application Conditions

1- To be a in Full time (regular) student registered at IVU. Student certificate and CV need to be submited by the student.

2- The student must indicate which Mobility he/she is applying for: STUDENT MOBILITY FOR STUDY AND/OR INTERNSHIP MOBILITY'.

3- Students of distance education at the undergraduate level can not apply.

4- Students with an average of at least 7.00 for undergraduate and average 8.00 for Master and Doctorate are allowed to apply.

5- The Erasmus student candidate is required to have passed all of the English subjects successfully.

Documents needed for the Erasmus+ Application

1. The Erasmus student candidate is required to fill in the application form given in here in the attachment.

2. Current Transcript (Approved and signed by the Student Affairs illustrating the repeated subjects)

3. Students who will apply must submit at least 3 reference letters in total (One from Dean - Two from the Department Professors).

4. The Candidates also need to submit the Motivation Letter.

5. Students shouldn’t have any disciplinary action. Applications of students with disciplinary punishment will not be evaluated and will not be taken into account.

6. Disability Certificate (if any)

7. Proving Document for Children of Martyrs and Veterans (For Turkish citizens, if any)

Study Mobility Application Conditions, Grants and Quotas

i. If the student is selected for Erasmus+ Study Mobility, it is expected to have a course load of at least 30 ECTS (ECTS) in order to graduate as of the period in which he/she will benefit from the Erasmus+ Study Mobility.

ii. Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Study is carried out within the framework of existing inter-institutional agreements of International Vision University. Students; When choosing a country and university, they should choose among higher education institutions that have a bilateral agreement with the unit or department. In order to make a healthy choice, students should research the course compatibility of the semester or semesters they will go to for defined agreements before the end of the application period and make a choice accordingly.

iii. The minimum duration for Erasmus+ Study Mobility is 2 full months and the maximum duration is 12 full months.

iv. Monthly financial support will be provided to the selected students in the amount of grants determined according to the countries they will be entitled to study.

v. If two students from the same department achieve the same level of success and the department has a quota restriction in terms of inter-institutional agreements, priority is given to the student with at the highest class. If they are in the same class, priority is given to the younger one.
