PARTICIPATION FROM VISION IN THE INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON INSURANCE, BANKING, AND FINANCE HELD IN NIĞDE

The 3rd International Symposium on Insurance, Banking, and Finance, held at Niğde Ömer Halisdemir Congress and Culture Center, took place with great participation. Attendees included Niğde Governor Cahit Çelik, Niğde Mayor Emrah Özdemir, Rector Prof. Dr. Hasan Uslu, Chairman of the Board of the Credit Guarantee Fund (KGF) Erdoğan Özegen, Rector of North Macedonia Vision University Prof. Dr. Ahmet Vecdi Can, researchers, industry representatives, academic and administrative staff, and students.

During the opening session, chaired by Prof. Dr. Mutlu Başaran Öztürk, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University, important speeches were delivered by Erdoğan Özegen, Chairman of the Credit Guarantee Fund, and other distinguished guests. The symposium addressed the latest developments and future trends in the banking, insurance, and finance sectors.

This year’s symposium attracted a broad range of participation, with 147 attendees from fields such as Law, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Management, Quantitative Methods, and Engineering. The event provided a platform for sharing scientific research and sectoral studies, creating a rich exchange of knowledge for participants.

Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Vecdi Can from International Vision University, along with Prof. Dr. Bülent Derviş, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jordan Delev, Dean of the Faculty of Law, were acknowledged for their contributions to the symposium. Their involvement highlighted the importance of international collaborations and academic efforts.

The symposium will continue to be organized annually to strengthen academic and sectoral collaborations and foster the exchange of new knowledge and experiences.
